Jeff is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law from his offices in Kirkland since 1994. A Kirkland native, Jeff attended Kirkland Jr. High and Juanita High School. Jeff went on to graduate Cum Laude from Harvard University in Boston, then Law School at the University of California, Hastings in San Francisco.
Realizing that the stress and trauma of going through any legal proceedings is sometimes great, Jeff brings a caring and understanding presence as quickly and efficiently as possible. He diligently works to resolve your case so you can get on with your life.
“I’m an aggressive and successful attorney in Kirkland. I practice in all King County District Courts (misdemeanors & traffic offenses) plus in King County Superior Court (felonies). I also defend people accused of crimes in various Municipal/City Courts around the State.
Remember, you’re innocent until proven guilty, and the State or City prosecuting you has the burden of proof. So if you’ve been charged with a crime don’t get down on yourself. With me as your attorney, we’ll make it through this together. I excel at pretrial motions and have had cases dismissed before they’ve even gotten to trial.”
When he’s not working on your case or in the courtroom, Jeff is an avid traveler, a political writer and a mean backgammon player.
